Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Everything is made to order, so nothing ships instantly. Standard products are usually ready to ship in 2–7 working days from when you order, then delivered by our production partner’s courier.

Custom lodge orders take longer, since they go through a quote and proof-approval stage first — the timescale is agreed with you as part of your quote.

There’s no delivery charge at checkout right now. If that changes, it’ll be shown clearly before you pay, never added afterward.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can also check its status any time by revisiting your order confirmation page — the link was in your original confirmation email.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the time you were expecting, email admin@creekscraft.co.uk with your order reference and we’ll chase it up.
