Terms of Sale

“Creeks Craft” is the trading name under which both Fowl Play and the Masonic & lodge merchandise range are sold, at creekscraft.co.uk. Creeks Craft is a sole trader (no registered company number), trading from 96 Fore Street, Exeter, EX4 3HY.

Everything we sell is made, printed, or embroidered only once it’s been bought — we don’t hold stock. Products are usually ready to ship in 2–7 working days from order; custom lodge orders take longer and the timescale is agreed as part of your quote.

Adding something to your basket and paying isn’t a contract yet — it’s an offer to buy. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed, when we confirm your order (the confirmation you see on-screen and by email once payment succeeds).

Custom lodge orders work differently: your enquiry is a request for a quote, not an order. A contract is only formed once you approve a quote and proof and pay via the payment link we send.

All prices are shown in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your card details.

If you submit your own crest or artwork, you confirm at the time of submission that you have the authority to use it. Production on a personalised item only begins once you’ve approved a proof and paid — after that point, the cancellation rights described in our Returns & Cancellation page work differently for personalised items than for standard products.

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at admin@creekscraft.co.uk with your order reference and photos where possible. We’ll arrange a reprint or a refund — this is a separate right from the standard 14-day cancellation window and isn’t affected by whether an item was personalised.

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that’s a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill — but not for losses that weren’t foreseeable to both of us when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
