How does made-to-order work?
Every item is printed or embroidered only after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means a slightly longer wait than a shop with ready stock, but every piece is made specifically for you.
How long will my order take?
Production typically takes a few days, plus delivery time on top. You'll get email updates as your order moves from production to shipped.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we only ship within the UK.
What if my item arrives faulty or wrong?
Get in touch straight away at admin@creekscraft.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Cancellation page for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Because everything is made to order, we can only make changes or cancellations before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change something.
What about sizing?
We recommend checking the size details on each product page before ordering, since items are made specifically for you and can't be exchanged for a different size once production starts.
Do you make custom Masonic or lodge items?
Yes — for personalised lodge merchandise use our Custom Lodge Order form and we’ll send a quote.
