What we collect

When you place an order or get in touch, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number (if given), and delivery address
  • Order details — what you bought, when, and for how much
  • For custom lodge orders: lodge name/number, product preferences, and any crest image you upload
  • Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves

If you sign in as an admin, we store a signed session token in your browser so you stay logged in. This doesn’t apply to ordinary customers — there are no customer accounts.

Why we use it

We use your data to:

  • Take payment and fulfil your order (contractual necessity)
  • Send you order updates — confirmation, production, shipping, delivery
  • Respond to enquiries, including custom lodge order quotes
  • Keep records we’re legally required to keep, e.g. for tax purposes

We don’t use your data for marketing, and we don’t sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

Fulfilling an on-demand order means a few specialist services handle parts of it on our behalf:

  • Stripe — processes your payment. We pass them your order total and, if you provide it at checkout, your delivery address.
  • Printify — our print-on-demand production partner. We pass them your delivery address and order contents so they can make and ship your item.
  • Cloudinary — hosts crest images uploaded for custom lodge orders.
  • Brevo — sends the transactional emails about your order (confirmation, shipping, etc.). We pass them your name and email address for this purpose only.

Each of these only receives what they need to do their specific job, and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we’re required to for tax and accounting purposes. Custom lodge enquiries that don’t turn into an order are kept only as long as needed to respond to you, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

  • Show you what personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that’s wrong
  • Delete your data, where we’re not required to keep it
  • Give you a copy of your data in a portable format

Email admin@creekscraft.co.uk to ask about any of these. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
